Don't say "can't" unless you broke something trying.

so i checked out the link but i didn't get to see what it closed at for final bid. I got a son that will be 16 in a blink and am starting to look for another vehicle. I figure if I'm going to buy one, then it ought to be at least something i can steal parts from if necessary.

i talked to him.. he says he is debating selling because it needs a few things to be inspected and he doesnt want to mess with it...
if i remember correctly, it needs -
37s put back on. 44s are dry rotted and wont pass inspection. there is an extra set of rims for the 37s but i dont think he ever paid the 20 bucks to get them mounted.
e-brake hooked back up. rear is a gm 14 bolt.
pinion seal and maybe a diff cover leak.
i think thats about it.
we deploy around xmas time so i would expect to see it back up before too long.
i cant remember if the horn works. i dont think it did.

price is now 3600 obo and its on watertown craigslist
somebody could probably grab it for 3k
all it needs is the body lift cut in half and some better springs, and an antiwrap bar in the back

its still for sale. guy lives on post. i see it every day almost.
i owned it for a while and did tons of work on it, so if you have any questions let me know. i know that thing a little too well lol.
you could get it for 3k no problem, maybe even less.
pretty good deal because i sold it to that guy for 4750 a while back.

am very intrested in looking at the jeep, if it is still trail worthy, in his post hes pulling alot of parts, i am new to the jeeps and a little lost, please if you could help me, give me a shout 315-297-5274, or email me dgray69@yahoo.com, thank you, i want it as a toy only, i will be trailering it around to trails and play grounds, id rather not talk to him till i know more, i have sent messages with no response, id like to know what a fair offer would be for this jeep, with him stripping parts off, the cheaper i get it the faster i hit the mud

trailer only trail rig is all i would reccomend using it for... it will never pass inspection in nys unless you "know someone"
needs a new frame.

http://syracuse.craigslist.org/cto/1432158496.html
i would go grab that
i found a similar deal on a 97 tj that was really clean, and i bought it and brought it back up here to drum and sold it a week later for $6000, and used that money to buy my wifes truck.
